Last night the WWE Universe in Amarillo, Texas were treated to a pretty average live event as the WWE Monday Night Raw roster landed in The Lone Star State and lined-up yet another solid match card for the WWE fans who were present at last night’s house show. Enzo Amore was the only champion who defended his championship on the night.

#1 Enzo Amore vs Cedric Alexander- (WWE Cruiserweight Championship)

Enzo Amore and Cedric Alexander’s match on Raw last week ended in a very disrupting manner after Enzo got busted open above his eye after a kick from Alexander. However, last night in Texas the two men squared off once against each other.

Enzo, who came out to one of the best heel reactions on the night successfully defended his Cruiserweight Championship against Cedric Alexander on the night, but, The Certified G’s problems are far from over as he is scheduled to face off against Alexander once again at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

Result: Enzo Amore def. Cedric Alexander

#2 The Bar (Cesaro and Sheamus) vs Apollo Crews (Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews)

After suffering an upset loss to the duo of Apollo Crews and Titus O’Neil last week on Raw, Sheamus and Cesaro were out for revenge in Texas last night.

Much like Enzo Amore, the former Raw Tag Team Champions also received a great heel reaction from the WWE Universe but that did not stop Sheamus and Cesaro from overcoming the Titus Worldwide.

#3 Sasha Banks and Mickie James vs Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss

The first women’s match of the night pitched four of the elite female performers from the Raw roster as the team of Sasha Banks and Mickie James faced off against Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss in a tag team match.

This match was pretty solid and Nia Jax, in particular, looked very impressive as usual, however, Jax and her best friend Alexa Bliss were on the losing side as Mickie and Sasha picked up the win.

#4 Braun Strowman and Curt Hawkins

Next up we had a match for the ages as ‘The Monster among Men’ Braun Strowman faced off against Curt Hawkins, who has been on a 153 match losing streak. As expected, Strowman was among the few superstars to receive a huge babyface reaction from the crowd and it did not take The Monster to annihilate Hawkins who now has 154 defeats on the trot.

Result: Braun Strowman def. Curt Hawkins

#5 Asuka vs Dana Brooke

Speaking of streaks, "The Empress of Tomorrow" was on course to continue her winning streak last night when she went toe-to-toe with Titus Worldwide’s newest member Dana Brooke. #6 Finn Balor vs Elias

Finn Balor has been on a roll ever since forming The Balor Club on Raw, two weeks ago and last night the former Universal Champion was also treated to a huge reception from the WWE Universe in Amarillo.

"The Demon King" restarted his rivalry with Elias and also got the win over "The Drifter" on the evening, the leader of the Balor Club will now look to turn his focus on this year’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view as he looks to once again capture the Universal Title which he never lost in the first place.

‘Woken’ Matt Hardy brought the Great War to Texas last night as he continued his feud against "The Eater of Worlds" Bray Wyatt.
