The WWE put on an amazing show in San Diego, California which saw Randy Orton return to the loudest pop of the night.

‘The Viper’ put on a stupendous showing for the fans, with tons of comedy thrown in at different points of the event for good measure.

Several fun matchups transpired at the event. So, without further ado, here are the complete results for WWE’s SmackDown live event in San Diego, California (February 26th, 2018)—


#1 The Usos vs The New Day vs Chad Gable & Shelton Benjamin

The Usos had a tough outing as The New Day seemed to control the majority of this matchup.

Although The New Day dominated over long stretches of this matchup, Gable & Benjamin had their moments too, as they utilized their technical wrestling prowess to stall the action. Nevertheless, in what was a grueling battle, Jimmy & Jey Uso managed to scrape by with their SmackDown Tag Team Championships intact.

#2 Dolph Ziggler vs Sin Cara

Dolph Ziggler came out to a loud ovation, ranging from cheers to boos, from the San Diego fans.

Ziggler beat Sin Cara from pillar to post in this matchup; giving the latter no chance to fight his way back. Ziggler taunted the fans over the course of the match, as he pinned Sin Cara for the victory with relative ease.

#3 Mike Kanellis & Mojo Rawley vs Zack Ryder & Tye Dillinger

Mike Kanellis & Mojo Rawley competed in a back-and-forth affair against Zack Ryder & Tye Dillinger.

Ryder & Dillinger appeared to have seized control of the match early on. However, Kanellis & Rawley rallied and turned the fight on its head midway through.

In the end, Kanellis & Rawley bested Ryder & Dillinger, with the fans acknowledging and applauding the amazing contest the Superstars just put on for them.

Result: Mike Kanellis & Mojo Rawley def. Zack Ryder & Tye Dillinger

#4 The Bludgeon Brothers vs Breezango

This matchup saw the fans boo unapologetically, as The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper & Rowan) absolutely squashed Breezango (Tyler Breeze & Fandango).

Harper & Rowan annihilated their foes, and disposed of them by way of pinfall, in what was a one-sided victory. Harper & Rowan then proceeded to celebrate their victory by staring into the abyss, as the fans continued to rain down boos on the duo.

#5 Bobby Roode vs Jinder Mahal

WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode put his title on the line against Jinder Mahal, as the former was welcomed to a huge pop from the fans in attendance.

Roode put on a dominant showing against Mahal, utilizing his mat wrestling prowess to outmaneuver the former WWE Champion. In the end, Roode secured the pinfall victory, notching up yet another successful title defense.

#6 Naomi, Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair vs The Riott Squad

‘The Glow Factor’ Naomi put on perhaps the most dominant performance of the night, as she teamed up with Becky Lynch & SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair against The Riott Squad.

Naomi unleashed an unrelenting attack on Riott Squad’s Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan. That coupled with Lynch & Flair’s dominance, resulted in a one-sided victory for the trio over The Riott Squad.

#7 Randy Orton & Shinsuke Nakamura vs Rusev & Aiden English

Randy Orton came out to what was perhaps the loudest pop of the night, as the fans cheered on ‘The Viper’ on his way to the ring.

Orton joined forces with Shinsuke Nakamura to take on Rusev & Aiden English. Intriguingly, ‘Rusev Day’ chants began echoing throughout the arena, with the fans indulging in the electricity of the matchup.

All four Superstars engaged in considerable banter with the fans before, during and after the matchup, as Orton & Nakamura controlled the majority of this matchup en route to a dominant victory. Following the conclusion of the match, the fans continued cheering Orton, as the latter has become somewhat of a rarity on the WWE live event scene since he’s been contracted to work fewer house show dates this year.

#8 AJ Styles vs Baron Corbin vs Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn

WWE Champion AJ Styles defended his title against Baron Corbin, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn, in what was a fast-paced matchup.

Styles executed an excellent game-plan in this matchup, as he avoided letting the numbers game work against him. While Sami Zayn did have several great moments over the course of the matchup, in the end, Styles managed to pick up the pinfall victory and successfully defend his WWE Championship.

Result: AJ Styles def. Baron Corbin, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn
