Wrestlemania is close to the horizon with the top card matches already lined up. Brock Lesnar is all set to go against the “Lunatic Fringe” Dean Ambrose in a No Holds Barred Street Fight.
This match stemmed from the fact that Ambrose cost Lesnar the opportunity to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at Fastlane. Though the match looks good on paper, given the talents involved, but it certainly doesn’t appeal to the masses considering the huge size difference between the two performers. Nobody expects the Lunatic Fringe to topple Lesnar and come out victorious.
But what happens after WrestleMania? Who faces Lesnar after he has conquered Ambrose?
There is a long list of Superstars out there waiting to receive a match against a top talent like Lesnar but nobody at this moment looks more credible than the “Human Wrecking Ball” Ryback.
With Ryback seeming like turning heel sooner than later, a match between the two powerhouses would be something to look forward to. Given their comparable strength, size and athleticism they are more than capable of putting on a good show.
And who can forget the failed association between Ryback and Paul Heyman? The past connection between the two can provide the required intrigue to plug the storyline holes. Ryback can blame Heyman as a manager for his failure and beat the life out of him only for Lesnar to return for revenge. Paul Heyman’s presence will surely help to catapult this rivalry to the top of the card.
There is clearly a lot of potential in this match and can happen probably at this year’s SummerSlam. This match would certainly help Ryback gain a significant amount of exposure and match the “Beast Incarnate” against someone of his own size. No doubt, both the superstars will benefit tremendously.
