The WWE Universe will be looking closely into the Women’s Championship feud ahead of Fastlane. Bayley heads into the pay-per-view as the reigning champion but still, she is an underdog. We’ve been here in this same situation with Sasha Banks.
Rather than the title being the centre of attraction, the pay-per-view streak of Charlotte is what draws motives and this is what makes Charlotte a favourite to walk out with the gold. WWE should avoid doing a repetition if they don’t want to make the fans scratch their heads.
Having such a booking could also impact the WrestleMania plans for the Raw Women’s title as it would be easy for the fans to grow tired of what WWE’s serving on the plates.
