Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar is bound to be one of the highlights of this year’s WrestleMania. While the match is a strong one as a stand-alone entity, WWE now has the opportunity to raise the stakes by including the WWE Universal championship into the mix. Goldberg will challenge Kevin Owens for the title on Sunday.
Before this, he returns to Raw this week and we could expect a physical confrontation between the champion and the challenger.
The presence of Chris Jericho and the potential threat of Brock Lesnar would be external factors that might influence the segment. No matter what WWE has in plans, the Universal title match is going to get interesting once Raw gets wrapped up.
