Among the four SmackDown participants announced for the men's Money in the Bank ladder match this week, Andrade was a prominent name among them.

Yes, the high flyer who has impressed both critics, as well as WWE fans alike, will feature in his first MITB ladder match on May 19. And to be honest, it was all but obvious. I mean, WWE has been building him for a push for quite some time now and it would have been quite a shocker if Andrade would not have featured in that list.

Well, Andrade is right at the top along with Drew McIntyre when it comes to the hot favorites to win the MITB ladder match. While he was speculated to feature in a feud against Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship upon his arrival on the Raw roster in the recent Superstar Shake-up, WWE switched him back to SmackDown Live the following week.

However, all is not lost yet, as WWE could have Andrade win the MITB briefcase to launch him in the main event scene.

And rightfully, given his performance and hard work over the last six months or so, El Idolo deserves to be in the main event scene, and May 19 could very well be the start of something huge for him.
