#4 Finn Balor vs. Andrade (Intercontinental Championship)

Much of the match card for Money In The Bank will become clearer when we find out which Raw and SmackDown Live representatives will take part in the men’s and women’s MITB ladder matches.

We have seen holders of secondary titles participate in MITB matches in the past – after all, a guaranteed world title opportunity is an upgrade on the Intercontinental and United States titles – but it would be surprising if WWE filled out the rest of the pay-per-view with non-title matches, especially considering that there are now 10 main-roster titles.

Finn Balor and Andrade have traded victories in non-title encounters on Raw and SmackDown Live over the last two weeks, with Zelina Vega proving a help to “El Idolo” in the first match and a hindrance to him in the second.

If this rivalry continues until Money In The Bank, perhaps we will see the two men battle it out once again, this time with the Intercontinental Championship on the line and with the interfering Vega banned from ringside.
