#5 Ruby Riott

Ruby Riott hasn't had the greatest year. She has all the talent in the world and is unlike any of the other women on the roster. She's akin to Aleister Black, but perhaps without the dark aura. Instead of putting on wrestling clinics like she's able to, her and the Riott Squad were unfortunate victims of the build to the main event of WrestleMania 35.

She's so much more than someone who can be beaten in five minutes or less, and with the Riott Squad technically split due to Liv Morgan being shipped to SmackDown, Riott is someone who is more than ready for a push to the Raw title picture. Riott is more competitive than she was portrayed in her title match with Ronda Rousey at Elimination Chamber.

If she stays a heel, it makes plenty of sense for her to be one of the many to step up to challenge Becky Lynch for the Raw Women's Title. I can't see Lynch dropping that title since it needs her main-event presence to help carry the division. A first step towards building some credibility behind Riott is as a participant of the MITB ladder match.
