Ever since WWE announced Seth Rollins vs AJ Styles for Money in the Bank, fans began speculating about the potential endings, swerves and surprises WWE could be planning for this epic clash. However, against all expectations, it seems it was justt a one-off thing between the duo.

Yes, Seth Rollins managed to defeat AJ Styles clean in a hard-fought match, and the duo even went on to congratulate each other by shaking hands after the finish of their match. Thus, given the clean victory and how things unfolded, it is all but certain that AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins is done and dusted, at least for the time being.

While the match was epic, the build-up leading to it was just the opposite. What could have been a record-breaking feud turned out to be a damp squib, and with WWE officially concluding it last night, it just does not seem right.

The duo deserved a long and intense feud involving some gripping story-telling and it was expected that their feud would take a drastic turn after May 19. however, WWE chose otherwise and decided to conclude the feud abruptly.
