If anyone says that they saw this one coming, they would certainly be lying. I mean, who would have thought that The Beast Incarnate of all the people would become the new Mr. Money in the Bank?

Yes, you read that right; Brock Lesnar took out Sami Zayn earlier in the night and later went on to replace him in the men's MITB ladder match to win the briefcase. While WWE deserves a lot of credit for how they executed the whole thing, it might not prove to be the best idea in the long run.

Money in the Bank acts as the launchpad to catapult new and talented rookies into the main event scene, but WWE having a part-timer win it has certainly raised a lot of eyebrows.

Sure, it has created a lot of buzz and grabbed a lot of eyeballs. As a matter of fact, the Internet has gone into a frenzy thanks to this recent development. However, this decision may haunt WWE in the long run.

Not only because Lesnar is a part-timer and could return to UFC anytime for a rumoured match against Daniel Cormier, but also because WWE lost the golden opportunity to launch a few much-deserved names in the title picture via the briefcase.
