With the commercial success of San Andreas, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has become one of the leading actors in Hollywood. The former WWE champion has also landed the leading role in Journey 3: From the Earth to the Moon, which is scheduled for release later this year.
The next film in the Fast & Furious franchise; Fast & Furious 8 is set for release in April 2017. Recently, Dwayne Johnson’s co-star in the Fast & Furious films and leading actor, Vin Diesel announced the release dates of the final two films in the franchise. Fast & Furious 9 is set to hit the theaters on April 19th, 2019 while Fast & Furious 10, the final film of the franchise is scheduled for release on April 2nd, 2021.
However, as of this writing, The Rock’s involvement hasn’t been confirmed in the final two movies, but the superstar will likely be featured in both the films.
