What's the story?

According to Wrestlng Inc., there are around 40 current Superstars who still haven't been booked for a match at WrestleMania 35.

The list includes top names like Kevin Owens, Ember Moon, Dolph Ziggler, The New Day (barring Kofi Kingston), and Dean Ambrose.

In case you didn't know. . .

WWE's annual extravaganza is almost upon us. WrestleMania 35 is all set to become quite possibly the biggest wrestling event of all time. With more than 15 matches on the card, this show might last around 8 hours! The stage construction for the event is being done at a rapid pace, and WWE is making sure that it can get as many Superstars on the card as possible.

The heart of the matter

The practice of having everyone on the card has led to WWE coming up with matches like Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal. Additionally, we're getting two Fatal Four Way Tag Team Title matches.

Even after doing everything in its power to put every Superstar on the card, a bunch of them end up getting left out every year, and this year's not an exception. Wrestling Inc. has put out a list of more than 40 Superstars who aren't booked for the event.

Here's a list of women who are yet to be booked in a match at WrestleMania 35:

Alicia Fox, Lacey Evans, Ember Moon (injured), Maryse (pregnant), The Bella Twins (retired).

Here's a list of male Superstars who aren't featured on the 'Mania card as of now:

Akira Tozawa, Eric Young, Killian Dain, Alexander Wolfe, Ariya Daivari, Big E, Xavier Woods, Bray Wyatt, Cedric Alexander, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, Drew Gulak, Primo, Epico, Jack Gallagher, Goldust, Harper, John Cena, Johnny Gargano, Kevin Owens, Kane, Lio Rush, Mark Andrews, Mike Kanellis, Mojo Rawley, Noam Dar, R-Truth, Rezar, Rowan, The Singh Brothers, Brian Kendrick, The Undertaker, Sami Zayn (injured, returning imminently), Sin Cara (injured, returning imminently), Aiden English (205 Live announcer), Akam (injured), Jason Jordan (injured).

What's next?

Not getting a chance to shine on The Grandest Stage Of Them All isn't something a WWE Superstar would want. Despite WWE's efforts to fill up the card with a string of multi-person matches, there are going to be some who would be left out, and that's unfortunate.

What are your thoughts on the Superstars who have been left out of the card? Which Superstar among the bunch deserves to have a match at WrestleMania 35?
