What’s the story?
WWE Superstar Aiden English, recently spoke with OAOnline about the influence of former WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero on his life.
In case you didn’t know…
Aiden English is currently married to former professional wrestler Shaul Guerrero, the daughter of former SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero and, the late Eddie Guerrero.
The couple, who got engaged back in December of 2014, got married on 3rd January 2016 in Florida and in doing so, Aiden English became Eddie Guerrero's best son-in-law and part of the Guerrero family.
The heart of the matter
In his interview with OAOnline, WWE SmackDown Live Superstar Aiden English stated that there is a lot of pride and honor in being a part of Eddie Guerrero’s legacy.
However, additionally, English noted that it is a pretty awkward question for him, whenever he is asked about carrying a part of the late great Eddie Guerrero’s legacy in the WWE because, English married into the Guerrero family in the first place and never actually had the goal of carrying Eddie’s legacy.
Furthermore, English, however, did state that there is absolutely a sense of pride and honor to even be associated with the entire Guerrero family.
What’s next?
Aiden English is currently part of a tag team with former WWE United States Champion and one of WWE’s most entertaining superstars, Rusev. The duo have been highly entertaining for the past few months and it will also be interesting to note if the team of English and Rusev make it to the WrestleMania 34 card.
Author’s Take
The tag team of English and Rusev, in my opinion, should be a part of the WrestleMania 34 card and personally, I feel like they should chase after the SmackDown Live Tag Team Titles and eventually capture the belts at some point down the road.
