WWE News: Braun Strowman interrupts Elias in hilarious segment on RAW

What's the story?

In a hilarious turn of events, Braun Strowman brutalised Elias after "the Drifter" began mocking 'The Monster Among Men' and the other competitors in the Elimination Chamber match.

In case you didn't know...

Elias picked up a surprising victory over both John Cena and Braun Strowman on last week's episode of Monday Night RAW when he stole the pin from Strowman, who had delivered a Running Powerslam to Cena.

The heart of the matter

As usual, Monday Night RAW featured a live concert with the 'Drifter' Elias who had written a piece he called 'Elimination Chamber Blues' where he mocked and insulted all of the competitors in the match.

Elias took shots at The Miz, John Cena, Roman Reigns and was halfway through his piece when the announcer interrupted and introduced 'The Monster Among Men' Braun Strowman. The funny thing was, Strowman himself had prepared a piece for the 'Drifter' and begun singing with the help of a giant Cello.

Strowman sang his heart out and received a huge pop from the crowd when he stated that Elias was about to -"Get these hands" at which point Strowman picked up the Cello (the strings of which had been broken by Strowman) and marched to the ring.

However, both men agreed to leave their instruments outside the ring and proceed to have a one-on-one match, only for Elias to attack Strowman out of nowhere with his guitar. However, this was to no avail as Strowman completely destroyed Elias.

Elias tried to escape the ring, only for Strowman to chase him down and smash Elias on the back with his Cello.

What's next?

As things stand, Elias may only face 'The Monster Among Men' towards the very end of the Elimination Chamber match, as he won the rights to enter last. Strowman, on the other hand, will be looking to dominate and win the match without breaking a sweat.

This segment was amazing and once again showed just how over Braun Strowman is with the WWE Universe. Let's face the facts, if this were a real concert, both Elias and Strowman would have been booed out of the stage. However, this is WWE and it was absolutely hilarious.
