What's the story?

WWE have a huge roster, the biggest in the pro wrestling industry, so much so that former WWE Champions have been kept on the shelf for months.

But, they could maybe need one former champion for this Sunday's Royal Rumble - Bray Wyatt, who was spotted training with a WWE legend.

In case you didn't know...

Wyatt has been off the air for months, with his last appearance on RAW being back in August when he was part of a tag team with Matt Hardy. Wyatt did return to the WWE but for the Starrcade show, which wasn't broadcast.

Several WWE Superstars are touted to return at this Sunday's Royal Rumble, including Hardy, Tye Dillinger, Luke Harper, and Erick Rowan.

The heart of the matter

Wyatt posed with former WWE legend Tatanka, who posted a picture of the two in a gym, training ahead of the Royal Rumble match. The former WWE Superstar teased a surprise entry with a caption that read: "Matter of fact here are 2 ready Warriors for this Sunday's WWE Royal Rumble"

Tatanka returned to the WWE in 2010 and was later given a Legends contract. His last appearance in a WWE ring was three years ago at WrestleMania 32, where he was a part of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale, which was eventually won by Baron Corbin.

Tatanka looks in great shape to make a return to the ring and maybe he could surprise us all by being one of the 30 entrants in the men's Royal Rumble match.

What's next?

This year's Royal Rumble takes place on this Sunday, January 27, 2019.
