What's the story? The Twitter feud between WWE's Chris Jericho and New Japan Pro Wrestling's Kenny Omega seems like it will not end (though Omega is trying to end it). Jericho took to Twitter on Friday night with a stern message to Omega. Take a look below:Hey @KennyOmegamanX- u know I was ur boss #Gedo’s tag partner? I make 1 phone call & ur little @njpw1972 push ENDS. pic.twitter.com/AjgRPYlqzV— Chris Jericho (@IAmJericho) November 4, 2017In case you didn't know...The feud between Jericho and Omega has gone on for over a week now. Take a look at those tweets below:Best in the world? @KennyOmegamanX isn’t even the best in Winnipeg... #overrated https://t.co/2uXmebv2QI— Chris Jericho (@IAmJericho) October 21, 2017Well jeez, what can I say? Never meet your heroes, folks, lest they be a corporate stooge. https://t.co/oGU6R9uCfZ— Kenny Omega (@KennyOmegamanX) October 21, 2017Corporate stooge...or 6time world champion who’s main evented in the big leagues for 17 years? Watch your mouth kid. https://t.co/RV3K7i82Yh— Chris Jericho (@IAmJericho) October 22, 2017The heart of the matterAs previously mentioned, Omega tried to end the feud with the following tweet:Twitter angles are fun,but it’s just a lot of talk with absolutely no pay off. You’re there, I’m here. No more free publicity. Case closed.— Kenny Omega (@KennyOmegamanX) October 29, 2017However, Jericho would not give up on his trolling of Omega with the following post:Could possibly be @KennyOmegamanX’s best ever in-ring performance... #7starkiss pic.twitter.com/lBZgmiN8rA— Chris Jericho (@IAmJericho) November 2, 2017It has been a legendary Twitter feud between these two great wrestlers, and many speculate that this is all leading to a match at Chris Jericho's Rock N Wrestling Rager At Sea, a cruise that takes place from October 27th to the 31st next year.Already signed to join the cruise are the Young Bucks and Marty Scrull. Since most of the prominent members of the Bullet Club are signed on for the event, many expect Kenny Omega to eventually join, and all the trash talking could lead to a match on the cruise. In reference to Jericho's latest tweet, he wrestled in Japan in 1991 with fellow WCW and WWE alumni Lance Storm. He also wrestled for Wrestling and Roman there in 1994, and for New Japan Pro Wrestling in 1997 as they had a working agreement with WCW at the time. What's next?Jericho's band Fozzy is currently on a tour of the United Kingdom. They will play in Glasgow, Scotland on November 4th and Newcastle, England on the 5th.Author's takeI already want to go on the Cruise of Jericho (float it on, man), and if there will be a match between Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, that would be amazing. For now, we have to just wish, but at least this Twitter feud has been highly entertaining, and I do think this leads to a match on the cruise.
