WWE News: Chris Jericho claims he can easily end Kenny Omega's NJPW push

Somewhere
Somewhere on that list is Kenny Omega

What's the story?

The Twitter feud between WWE's Chris Jericho and New Japan Pro Wrestling's Kenny Omega seems like it will not end (though Omega is trying to end it). Jericho took to Twitter on Friday night with a stern message to Omega. Take a look below:

In case you didn't know...

The feud between Jericho and Omega has gone on for over a week now. Take a look at those tweets below:

The heart of the matter

As previously mentioned, Omega tried to end the feud with the following tweet:

However, Jericho would not give up on his trolling of Omega with the following post:

It has been a legendary Twitter feud between these two great wrestlers, and many speculate that this is all leading to a match at Chris Jericho's Rock N Wrestling Rager At Sea, a cruise that takes place from October 27th to the 31st next year.

Already signed to join the cruise are the Young Bucks and Marty Scrull. Since most of the prominent members of the Bullet Club are signed on for the event, many expect Kenny Omega to eventually join, and all the trash talking could lead to a match on the cruise.

In reference to Jericho's latest tweet, he wrestled in Japan in 1991 with fellow WCW and WWE alumni Lance Storm. He also wrestled for Wrestling and Roman there in 1994, and for New Japan Pro Wrestling in 1997 as they had a working agreement with WCW at the time.

What's next?

Jericho's band Fozzy is currently on a tour of the United Kingdom. They will play in Glasgow, Scotland on November 4th and Newcastle, England on the 5th.

Author's take

I already want to go on the Cruise of Jericho (float it on, man), and if there will be a match between Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, that would be amazing. For now, we have to just wish, but at least this Twitter feud has been highly entertaining, and I do think this leads to a match on the cruise.
