Nothing seems to be going right for Smackdown general manager, Daniel Bryan, at present, as doctors confirmed that he will never be able to compete in a WWE ring. Only recently, Bryan lost his father, and this bad news about his future in the WWE has only worsened his depression, according to his wife Brie Bella.
Speaking about her husband’s state on this week’s episode of Total Bellas, Brie said:
“My husband, now that he's hit rock bottom, I honestly feel that his depression is out of control. He's just in a very dark place."
As a result of his condition, Daniel Bryan took the decision to leave John Cena and Nikki Bella’s house and returning to his home. He also informed Brie that he will be going without her, as he wants to spend some time alone to deal with his depression.

Brie Bella broke the news to her family and friends while interacting with them on Total Bellas. Bella said that Bryan had told her he needs to go to Washington state for three months, and will talk to her after that.
She reiterated the news, by saying, “Bryan wants to move to Aberdeen for three months. Just kinda saying it out loud, it kinda just...it wakes me up a little bit.”
In an attempt to explain everyone why she stood by Bryan’s decision, Brie stated:
“I guess what it comes down to, is you just don't know who you end up with and you just gotta roll with the punches.”
Things have not been rosy at all in the Bella household, and it remains to be seen what impact Daniel Bryan’s move will have on the relationship between Brie and Nikki Bella.
