In case you didn’t know…

Over the past few months, Enzo Amore has gained a reputation for getting into trouble with fellow WWE Superstars and other WWE employees backstage.

In fact, the professional wrestling community was abuzz with banter of Amore being kicked off the WWE tour bus during the promotion’s European tour last year. Additionally, Amore is also reportedly banned from the WWE locker room, owing to his problems with multiple Superstars backstage.

The heart of the matter

Enzo Amore asserted that he’s fine with having ‘nuclear heat’ on him; recalling that he started cleaning and washing dishes when he was 7 years of age, then graduated from the kitchen to a management position, and now he owns the whole business. Amore used an analogy of him cooking on the stove 24/7, prefixing it with the phrase that if you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen—all in reference to his ongoing tiffs in the WWE.

Upon being probed as to whether he’s banned from the WWE locker room, Amore explained that there isn’t any such rule, and if there is, his question is ‘who makes it?

Amore added that he works for a great company, the WWE, who provide him with accommodations to change, shower, and move on to the next city.

Furthermore, Amore elucidated that he’s happy to dress by himself—away from all the other dirtbags that wrestle in the ring before and after him. He continued that he doesn’t talk to anybody, and if they aren’t talking about money they aren’t talking about anything. Amore also compared himself to ‘The Nature Boy’; stating—

"Ric Flair walked out to the ring in $10,000 robes, women, telling you all about it. I come out here Guccied down, gang gang, Versace, Supreme, Hypebeast. I'm a walking, talking hypebeast, okay… So I'm the modern day 2017 social media marketing guru of what it is that we do, okay? And when I walk out there, I'm what you aspire to be, a champion."

What’s next?

Enzo Amore presently holds the WWE Cruiserweight Championship over which he and Cedric Alexander are set to feud leading up to the Royal Rumble PPV later this month.

Author’s take

Enzo Amore has a great spirit and regardless of his issues with other WWE Superstars backstage, one has to admire his tenacity and adamant attitude.

Amore lives the way he wants, and perhaps that could lead to more issues for him backstage in the WWE. Nevertheless, when you’re raking in the money and have a good relationship with the WWE bosses, a little tiff with a few co-performers wouldn’t hurt as much.
