WWE News: Former WWE Champion possibly spoils an exciting WrestleMania 35 match
What's the story?
On last week's episode of SmackDown Live, Tag Team veterans Jeff and Matt Hardy- collectively known as The Hardy Boyz- reunited for the first time in months, as the former Raw Tag Team Champions were victorious over The Bar.
With The Hardy Boyz now officially joining the blue brand, fans totally expect Jeff and Matt to challenge current SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Usos, at some point down the line and according to Brother Jeff, we are seemingly one step closer to that dream match.
In case you didn't know...
At the recently concluded Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, The Usos went head-to-head against the unlikely, newly formed team of Shane McMahon and The Miz, who at the Royal Rumble defeated The Bar to win the SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships.
However, after a reign of just 21 days, Shane and The Miz's reign has come to a disrupt end, as Jimmy and Jey spoiled the party for the former by capturing the SmackDown Live Tag Titles once again, and becoming six-time champions in the process.
The heart of the matter
One half of The Hardy Boyz, Jeff Hardy recently spoke with The Five Count and during the conversation, the former WWE Champion hinted towards a potential dream match for The Hardyz at the upcoming WrestleMania 35 event.
As per Jeff, he apparently has a strong feeling that WWE could very well book a match between champions The Usos and challengers The Hardyz at 'Mania 35. (H/T: Cultaholic)
“For sure. I got a really strong feeling about The Hardy Boyz reuniting — us against The Usos at Mania. I’m feeling that pretty big, we’ll see.”
WrestleMania 35 takes place on the 7th of April and promises to another exciting event in the world of Professional Wrestling.
With stars like Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Finn Balor all likely to feature on the card, adding The Hardy Boyz and The Usos to 'Mania 35 will only make things a lot more exciting than usual.
