WWE News: Goldust denies speculation of leaving WWE after Cody and Eden's departure

Just as the WWE Universe simmered down after flashing at the news of fan favorites like Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandown being released, it most likely boiled up again with the announcement that the WWE is splitting RAW and SmackDown into unique programs.

The head-turning news of Cody Rhodes asking to be let go was stoked by his diatribe about the WWE Creative, something that has reportedly left a bitter taste in the company’s mouth. Barely a couple of days later, Cody’s wife Brandi, known to us as Eden Stiles, put in her papers.

So naturally, the bottle pointed in Cody’s brother, Goldust’s direction. The veteran silenced all conjecture of him walking out too with this tweet:

The 47-year-old who is currently in the midst of his fifth run in the WWE, held the tag team gold twice with Cody, who reinvented himself as Stardust for the second title reign. On a related note, Paul Geraghty, who was a social media producer with the WWE, parted ways with the company. Goldust tweeted this in farewell:
