WWE News: Paul Heyman officiates a wedding during WrestleMania week

What's the story?

Remember Macaulay Culkin from the classic 'Home Alone' series? Well, it turns out that his brother, Rory, is a huge wrestling fan much like he is.

So much so, that he invited Paul Heyman to officiate his wedding night. As one would expect, Paul Heyman got into character and did a rather splendid job.

In case you didn't know...

Paul Heyman is one of the greatest WWE managers of all time, having managed as many as five world champions in his incredibly notable career. At present, he plays the advocate for the current Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar on TV.

Heyman's future was up in the air following reports that Brock Lesnar would head off to UFC after he dropped his title to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 34. Much to the surprise of the WWE Universe, Lesnar defeated Roman Reigns in the main event match.

The heart of the matter

In addition to playing an advocate on screen, it turns out that Paul Heyman also officiates weddings, WWE style. The bride and groom were both obviously huge fans of the product to ask to be married in the way that they were.

Paul Heyman introduced himself like he does on TV every week.

Moreover, much to the delight of the audience, Heyman also threw in an advertisement for the WWE Network.

The joke was well placed and it popped the audience big time. Both of the Culkin brothers are huge WWE fans. We are certain they were quite delighted.

Paul Heyman will lead The Beast out against Roman Reigns once again in Saudi Arabia. The two stars will face off inside a cag. Will we see a brand new Universal Champion crowned?
