WWE News: Injured WWE Superstar makes his return at WWE Live Event
What's the story?
Tye Dillinger has been on the sidelines ever since November when WWE revealed that he suffered a broken hand, luckily The Perfect 10 was able to recover quite quickly and make his return last night in Illinois.
In case you didn't know...
Dillinger hasn't been used much on the main roster over the past few years since his inclusion at number 10 in The Royal Rumble was perhaps the highlight of his call-up so far.
The Perfect 10 has mentioned numerous times that he misses NXT and even recently tweeted that he tried to go back when he realized there was nothing for him on the main roster. Even so, Dillinger could take advantage of the fact that WWE is now on the Road to WrestleMania and could pick up a feud ahead of The Biggest Event of the year.
The heart of the matter
Tye Dillinger has been on the sidelines since November after it was revealed that he suffered a broken hand but last night he made his return at a SmackDown Live Event where he took on Shelton Benjamin.
Even though Dillinger was unable to pick up the win he hoped for on his return, he was still able to make quite the impression and show off his new look. Dillinger's hair was the talk of social media for most of the night and hopefully, this new look will catapult him into a good position on the SmackDown brand.
Bray Wyatt returned at a WWE Live Event a number of months ago and is still yet to be used on WWE TV. Dillinger will be hoping that he fairs better in the coming weeks.
