What's the story?

Several WWE Superstars have reportedly suffered several injuries over the weekend which apparently forced some notable names to miss out on this week's WWE House Shows.

In his article, I'll guide all my readers to what the latest injury update is some of these notable stars, as they get set to prepare for a bumpy Road To WrestleMania 35.

In case you didn't know...

The biggest injury-related news which came was broken this week was the 'legitimate injury' of the Women's Royal Rumble winner Becky Lynch and the Men's Royal Rumble winner Seth Rollins, who missed a recent Live Event, sparking reports of him being potentially injured.

As per a report from The Observer's Dave Meltzer, Becky Lynch was one of three big stars whom WWE decided to pull out of scheduled live event appearances, along with former WWE Champions, AJ Styles and Seth Rollins.

This is what Meltzer had to say regarding the situation:

So this is really weird. This weekend, so I don’t know the details yet, but Seth Rollins, AJ Styles, and Becky Lynch were all advertised for their shows, but they weren’t there. Seth Rollins didn’t work in Saskatoon and the other one was Vancouver and that was where both AJ and Becky Lynch didn’t work.

The heart of the matter

In a latest update from PostWrestling.com, it looks like Men's Royal Rumble winner Seth Rollins is reportedly dealing with some sort of issue which apparently predated his last week's Raw angle with Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Rollins has seemingly been pulled out of recent Live Events and is not expected to be in action this week on Raw. 'The Architect' is rather expected to feature in no physical role for the next month or so on TV.

Former Raw Women's Champion, Sasha Banks is also expected to have the green light for her upcoming tag team match on Raw, as 'The Boss' is set to team up with Bayley and take on the duo of Nikki Cross and Alicia Fox. As noted, Banks was not cleared after her match with Ronda Rousey at the Royal Rumble but that shouldn't be an issue anymore.

AJ Styles also reportedly picked up some sort of minor knock but should be cleared for in-ring competition this Tuesday on SmackDown Live.

Becky Lynch, meanwhile, is selling her recently picked up knee injury, which is a storyline injury and nothing legitimate. The knee injury is said to play a major role in Lynch's current storyline with Ronda Rousey and 'The Man' is expected to make it to Raw this week, as she has accepted Stephanie McMahon's invitation.

What's next?

With WWE set to put out a show at WrestleMania 35, they surely cannot afford to pick up any sort of major injuries to any of their top stars.
