What's the story?
During the latest edition of SmackDown Live, we saw Dolph Ziggler make his re-debut and impersonate WWE Superstars, past and present. One of the imitations had him donning the attire and gear of former SmackDown Live Women's Champion Naomi and making her trademark entrance. How did Naomi react to it? These two Tweets reveal that she was not very amused. Of course, it may all be a work, and probably is one.
In case you didn't know...
Dolph Ziggler's new gimmick is that of a complainer, someone who believes that WWE superstars are not judged for their in-ring ability, but for their flashy gimmicks. Therefore, this week, he made his re-debut, coming out first as John Cena, then as The Macho Man and finally as Naomi. The reaction was confused and generally not very positive.
The heart of the matter
Naomi first posted an emotional Tweet, about how someone she thought was her friend eventually stabbed her in the back, with this rather non-flattering imitation. Then she made fun of Ziggler doing her entrance, claiming he almost blew his knees while doing so. We have a feeling that this is a worked reaction, with Naomi, the innocent babyface, shocked by what this heel is up to.
Of the three imitations, only Naomi is on the same brand as Ziggler right now. We have to wait and see whether WWE decides to do a program with the two, pertaining to the same.
What's next?
Naomi is all set to battle Natalya in the forthcoming episode of SmackDown Live from Las Vegas. In Ziggler's case, we'll just have to see how his new gimmick plays out, over the course of the weeks that follow.

WWE has a chance to book an interesting feud between the two. Ziggler can, in time, fight with The Usos, who come to Naomi's aid. This will be a different sort of feud for Ziggler, and it can also give The Usos TV time after they are done with the SmackDown tag title scenario and The New Day.
