WWE News: New entrant announced for Royal Rumble match

<p>

So, with the Royal Rumble less than three weeks away, the 30 slots for each of the main multi-Superstar matches are beginning to fill up, and this week on WWE RAW, we found out the latest entrant for the men's Royal Rumble match...

And it is none other than The Woken One himself - Matt Hardy!

Ye-e-e-e-e-e-s!

Before his official, Monday Night Raw in-ring debut, Woken Matt Hardy confirmed that he will be one of the 30-men in the "Rumble of Royalty" this year. This will be his first Royal Rumble match since the 2009 edition.

So the big question is, will this be his only match at the pay-per-view?

Or will he be in singles action against "The Consumer of Terrestrial Entities" Bray Wyatt as has been teased over the past month on Monday Night Raw?

Actually, the biggest question is, how many Superstars can Matt Hardy DELETE from the Rumble of Royalty?

The Woken One becomes only the sixth man to be confirmed for the Royal Rumble match, following in the steps of Elias, Shinsuke Nakamura, Randy Orton, John Cena and Finn Balor who were already confirmed to appear in the over-the-top-rope extravaganza.

Now, the best thing about any Royal Rumble, bar the surprise entrants, is undoubtedly seeing people face off that we never thought we would - Matt Hardy going up against The Viper Randy Orton? There's no doubt both of them have voices in their head. Or how about Shinsuke Nakamura? Who would have ever thought that possible?

The Royal Rumble will emanate from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on January 28th and with a women's Royal Rumble Match also taking place, the men will have to pull out all the stops to make this one memorable!

Now, with 24 spots left to take, who knows what other surprises are in store? One thing is for certain, it will be great to see Woken Matt Hardy debut in the Royal Rumble match. In fact, you could say it will be... WONDERFUL!
