Good news if you are a Sasha Banks fan.
The Boss is truly a fan favourite and many people were already ticked off that she wasn’t booked to kickstart the Women’s Revolution in the WWE with a win at Wrestlemania 32.
And to compound matters, she has been kept off television programming ever since – reportedly due to a concussion-related injury – with Vince McMahon even going as far as to compare her to Daniel Bryan.
The original plan, Wrestlezone reports, was to have her strongly go over Summer Rae this month and to possibly challenge Charlotte for the WWE Women’s Championship at Summerslam later this year. But due to her untimely injury, things have been a little hazy off late.
But given that she returned to action for this week’s Smackdown tapings, and also wrestled a match against Summer Rae at WWE Main Event, it would seem that the WWE are sticking to the charted course after all.
