Summer Rae

Danielle Louise Moinet is an American professional wrestler, model, actor, and anchor best known for her time in WWE as Summer Rae.

Professional Wrestling Career

WWE (2011-2017)

In 2011, Moinet signed with WWE and began working for their developmental territory. Later, she began working for NXT, where she feuded with Paige and lost. In 2012, she aligned herself with Charlotte and Sasha Banks. After the alliance ended, Rae faced Charlotte for the NXT Women's Championship and lost.

In 2013, she made her main roster debut and became the valet for Fandango. A year later, she ended her association with Fandango and began feuding with Layla. During the feud, Rae and Layla were involved in a romantic storyline with Fandango. In the end, they both dumped him. In 2015, she began managing Rusev and feuded with Dolph Ziggler and Lana.

They dropped the storyline when Rusev and Lana announced their engagement. Later, she aligned herself with Tyler Breeze and feuded with Dolph Ziggler. At WrestleMania 32, Rae joined Team B.A.D and Blondes and lost to Team Total Divas. After being inactive for more than a year, they released her from the company. In 2022, Rae entered the Women's Royal Rumble and lost.
