Last week on WWE SmackDown, Daniel Bryan once again challenged Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. As per the stipulation, Bryan was forced to quit the Blue brand after sustaining another loss against The Head of the Table. WWE has now moved Bryan to the alumni page on their official website. There are no reports confirming if this is part of kayfabe.

The WWE Universe speculated that Daniel Bryan could move to RAW following his final match against Roman Reigns. That said, Bryan himself confirmed that he is looking to move to a part-time role in WWE. He has not expressed any desire to extend his contract and could resort to making limited appearances until his current contract runs out.
Bryan played an instrumental role in setting up the title feud between Cesaro and Roman Reigns. The latter now has new entrance music, and he is happy after finally defeating Bryan. It would be interesting to see what WWE has in store for Daniel Bryan in the future. His release would be a huge loss for the promotion as Bryan also plays a huge role backstage in bringing attention towards underused talent in WWE.
