#4 Update on WWE icon Triple H's health

It had been reported that WWE legend Triple H had to undergo surgery due to a cardiac event. As per Dave Meltzer, the cardiac scare was 'very serious' and there is now word on when Triple H may resume his duties in WWE. He also stated that it is likely that he would be given a new role in WWE upon his return so that he has a less stressful life.

Dave Meltzer said on Sunday Night’s Main Event that Triple H’s September cardiac event was “very, serious.” While he’s been around the business in recent weeks, Meltzer isn’t sure when he’ll be fully back on the job, and speculates it could be in a less stressful position.

Dave Meltzer has previously reported that it is unlikely Triple H will ever step into the ring again. He did say that there is a chance he may want a retirement match one day.

#3 WWE superstar Randy Orton breaks another record

Former WWE Champion Randy Orton has broken yet another record in WWE. It was revealed last week that Orton became the only man to compete in 177 PPV matches in WWE. He has now also become the superstar with the highest number of matches on RAW.

Following his win over Dirty Dawgz on RAW along with his partner Riddle, Orton has now competed in 437 matches for the red brand. The Viper has become one of the most reliable veterans in WWE today.
