In case you didn't know.....
Nakamura faced Owens to with the fourth spot on the Men's team of SmackDown Live on the line. Nakamura was able to win after Owens was distracted by Randy Orton's attack on Sami Zayn.
The former El Generico was clearing the commentatory table to possibly help Owens dispose of Nakamura when Randy Orton came out of nowhere to hit him with a backdrop on the table. The table caved in along with any chances that Owens had to represent SmackDown Live, as Nakamura took advantage with the Kinshasa.
The heart of the matter
Shinsuke Nakamura was asked how he felt about representing Team Blue at Survivor Series in the traditional 5-on-5 Elimination match. The Artist said that it was an honour for him to be able to represent SmackDown Live at Survivor Series.
He then went on to talk about how SmackDown Live had invaded Raw in the earlier week, and how they had been surprised. He said that it wasn't going to be a surprise when he and his comrades beat the representatives of the flagship show.
The Rusev vs. AJ Styles match will determine the fifth and final member of the SmackDown Live Men's team. Survivor Series will take place in Houston on November 19, 2017.
Shinsuke Nakamura is one of the most entertaining stars in WWE; he cut an excellent promo despite his inabilty to speak English fluently. The shot at Kurt Angle with the imitation of the catchphrase particularly showed that Team SmackDown was not going to spare anyone come Survivor Series.
