Seth Rollins becomes a “Super Physicist” and joins forces with others to save humanity against sharks in the latest installment of the Sharknado franchise. Rollins stars as AstroTech Lopez (Rollins’ real surname) in Sharknado 4:The 4th Awakens. The film premiered on the SyFy network, which incidentally, was the home of SmackDown before it shifted to the USA Network earlier this year.In addition to Seth Rollins, the film stars Tara Reid, Gary Busey and David Hasselhoff and features appearances from Gilbert Gottfried, Steve Guttenberg, Paul Shaffer and more.Below is a clip with Rollins explaining his role in the film, and more importantly, facing off with a shark:
Sharknado 4 is Rollins’ first-ever film role. He is also set to star in a film called Temple, which will also feature Wesley Snipes and Anne Heche.
