WWE News: The Miz and Maryse will star in their own TV Show

What’s the story?

During the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, The Miz made his triumphant return and announced that his 2018 will be more awesome by starring in a TV Show with his wife Maryse. The show will air on USA Network, home of the flagship brand of the WWE.

In case you didn’t know…

The former Intercontinental Champion and Maryse were married in 2014 and are expecting their first child. The Miz has even bought her love a new, beautiful house in Los Angeles, California. Since the announcement of her pregnancy, Maryse has yet to reprise her role on WWE television.

The heart of the matter

After completing his Marine 6 filming obligations, The Miz will carry on with his acting skills in an unscripted docuseries for the USA Network.

Called "Miz & Mrs," the television show will be divided into six episodes and will chronicle the life of the married couple, both inside and outside the ring. The show is produced by Bunim/Murray Productions and is scheduled to air sometime in 2018.

What’s next?

As announced by Kurt Angle on Monday Night Raw, The Awesome One will face Roman Reigns for the Intercontinental Championship in two weeks at the 25th anniversary of the show.

Since the "Big Dog" is pencilled to face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 34 for the Universal Championship, it seems likely The Miz could reclaim his title.

The Miz is one of the hottest acts in WWE today and a great heel with unique stage presence and mic skills. The leader of the Miztourage is destined to hopefully have a great 2018 and let's hope he can have a huge spot on the Wrestlemania card. The loss of last year probably still burns the A-Lister to this day.
