What's the story?

In an Instagram story on The Miz & Maryse's party at their house, it was revealed that the 'It Couple' are having a baby girl!

In case you didn't know...

On the September 11th episode of RAW, the 'It Couple' announced that they were expecting a child.

Since then, Maryse has taken a back seat and has stopped appearing on WWE television. It was reported by multiple outlets that Maryse would then only make occasional on-screen appearances in WWE.

Maryse is still part of the Total Divas Season 7 cast. One can imagine that her pregnancy story will be part of the season.

The heart of the matter

Below is a video where The Miz & Maryse cut the cake which revealed that they would indeed be having a baby girl.

Hearty congratulations to the couple! Perhaps Birdie Joe Danielson and The 'It Couple's' daughter can have a feud two decades from now. Now, that would be some real long-term storytelling. Jokes aside, this is great news for the couple.

PWInsider is reporting that WWE is considering making a new reality show that centres around The Miz & Maryse. This would be very much along the lines of Total Bellas. It would undoubtedly be a very fun show to watch. Those who watch Total Divas would know that Miz & Maryse are an extremely fun and entertaining couple in real life.

What's next?

The Miz is going to be a part of the TLC main event when he teams up with Cesaro, Sheamus, Braun Strowman and Kane to take on Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and a returning Kurt Angle.
