WWE News: The Miz upset with latest Elimination Chamber poster
What's the story?
Miz recently lashed out on his Twitter after seeing a poster of the Elimination Chamber PPV at the Las Vegas airport which did not feature him.
Miz did not seem happy with being left out of the poster that included Roman Reigns, Braun Stowman, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins along with female competitors.
In case you didn't know...
The Miz is the current Intercontinental Champion and is in the midst of his 8th reign as Champion; behind only Chris Jericho, who has held the Championship a record 9 times in his career.
The Miz is also part of the first ever seven-man Elimination Chamber match scheduled to take place on February 25th from Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Miz won his bout against Apollo to enter the match and is going to be the first entrant into the match owing to a loss to John Cena where the loser had to start the match come Sunday.
The heart of the matter
The MIz's anger with the poster is justified as he has been a major part of WWE for 12 years now, and does not deserve to be overlooked.
Here is the original Tweet sent out by the former WWE Champion:
The Elimination Chamber PPV will take place on February 25, 2018, at T-Mobile Arena in the Las Vegas Valley, in Paradise, Nevada.
The event will see not just the Men's elimination chamber match but also the first ever Women's elimination chamber match.
The Miz is the only current Champion among the seven men to enter the elimination chamber this Sunday, so I believe he has full right to be upset on being overlooked yet again.
Not only has The Miz put on consistent matches but he is arguably one of the best at promos in the business today and it is high time that WWE starts appreciating him as a top star.
