What's the story?

Many members of the WWE Universe are in love with Mandy Rose and it's easy to see why. At a recent event in Buffalo, a fan asked Mandy Rose to marry her.

Mandy Rose would break his heart by telling him that she was good. All she's focussed on, for the moment, is the title that Asuka now holds.

In case you didn't know...

The SmackDown Women's Championship was the hottest thing in the business back when Becky Lynch held the title. Ever since her focus shifted to RAW and the women's Championship on that brand, Asuka's reign has become somewhat of an afterthought.

This week, four women will be competing on SmackDown Live to determine who gets to face Asuka next. They are Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Naomi and also Carmella.

Mandy Rose is one of the favorites for this highly anticipated match.

The heart of the matter

If you watch the clip that I have linked in this video, you'll see that the guy who wants to marry Mandy Rose is quite the character. When he admits that he wants to marry Mandy Rose, Rose says 'who doesn't want to marry Mandy Rose?'

Mandy Rose then turned to the camera, broke the fourth wall and cut this promo:

My main focus is Asuka. Because after this Tuesday, God's Greatest Creation will be going on to WrestleMania and becoming the new SmackDown Women's Champion.

What's next?

Mandy Rose has all of the qualities that Vince McMahon likes in a Champion and she's come along a long way in the ring. It is clear that the company probably has big plans for her, and one wonders if WWE will book Asuka to lose at WrestleMania. Rose could find herself with gold around her waist very soon indeed.
