What's the story?

Seth Rollins followed up his incredible performance at the Greatest Royal Rumble, where he retained his IC title in a Fatal-4-Way ladder match against The Miz, Samoa Joe and Finn Balor, with another top performance on RAW.

In case you didn't know...

Seth Rollins has been on fire all year and won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 34 in a triple threat match against The Miz and Finn Balor.

Rollins has continued his form since then, defending his title across the globe from the United States to South Africa to Saudi Arabia in the space of less than 3 weeks.

The heart of the matter

Seth Rollins defended his Intercontinental Championship once again on RAW last night against Finn Balor. After a back and forth battle, Rollins beat Balor with the Curb Stomp.

After RAW went off the air, Rollins addressed the packed crowed in Montreal and gave an emotional speech.

Rollins said that life on the road was hectic because everyone missed time with family and from everyone in the back, he wanted to thank the crowd for being like family. He added that the fans made the ring a home away from home and everyone was grateful for the support.

Seth Rollins will defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship this Sunday against The Miz.

Rollins has been in top form since late last year and is one of the most popular guys in WWE right now. It's easy to see why fans love Rollins so much and it's high time WWE pushes Rollins to the main-event scene.
