WWE News: Why fans were turned away during Roman Reigns' appearance

E

What's the story?

Roman Reigns has been a little more active lately, and that's a great sign. His latest appearance was in the event World Of Wheels in Pittsburgh. Naturally, there was a lot of interest in seeing The Big Dog and how he was doing, which also surprisingly resulted in many fans being turned away!

In case you didn't know...

You're probably well aware that Roman Reigns is currently undergoing treatment for leukaemia. WWE has been keeping everything with regards to Roman Reigns under wraps, so we're not exactly sure when he's going to return to the ring.

Many reports based on leukaemia treatment suggests that he definitely won't be back before Royal Rumble 2020 (and that itself is the earliest he could return). However, he seems to be doing a lot better, because not only did he land a role in The Rock's Fast & Furious spinoff called Hobbs & Shaw, but he's making appearances such as World Of Wheels as well.

The heart of the matter

According to fans present, there was so much interest in seeing Roman Reigns again that it led to a massive queue and a large crowd as well. As a result of this, some fans had to be turned away.

You can even see a video below of the incredible queue to see The Big Dog.

And here's a photo of Roman Reigns looking the healthiest he has in months.

While it's naturally sad for fans who were expecting to meet Reigns, the one positive side is that Roman Reigns looks to be doing really good. That alone will come as great news for WWE fans, even the ones who were booing Reigns.

What's next?

Under the assumption that he's consistently doing better, we could see him making more appearances like this. He's reportedly scheduled to appear in a Nickelodeon TV show "Cousins for life", indicating that this may be what he does on his time away from WWE.

Sending our best wishes and a speedy recovery for The Big Dog!
