What's the story?
WWE continues to fuel the speculation for who the teams will be in the Mixed Match Classic and have released their latest backstage vignette promoting the show and the various potential partnerships we could see, this time 'The Goddess' Alexa Bliss is invited to 'Walk with Elias'
In case you didn't know...
On January 16th WWE will be debuting it's new Facebook Watch exclusive show, the Mixed Match Challenge. The show will feature Superstars from Raw and SmackDown LIVE competing in a mixed-tag-team tournament where male and female wrestlers will compete together to be crowned Mixed Match Champions.
The heart of the matter
In the video, Team Rude (Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax) are discussing Mixed Match Challenge partners with Jax singling out Braun Strowman as the perfect partner, but Alexa Bliss reveals she hasn't really thought about who her partner will be.
Cue Elias' guitar music as he slowly walks down the corridor and announces that should the WWE Universe vote him into the Mixed Match Challenge that he will need someone to 'Walk with Elias.' With Jax already set on her partner, that leaves Bliss to potentially team up with 'The Drifter.'
What's next?
We're all still eagerly waiting for the participants in the Mixed Match Challenge to be officially announced, and then to see which pairings of Superstars we end up with. As Elias stated in the video he needs to be voted in to compete by the WWE Universe so nothing is set in stone yet.

Alexa Bliss is still the current RAW Women's Champion and has had a dominant 2017 defeating the likes of Bayley, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks, whoever she teams up with during the Mixed Match Challenge is sure to have a good chance of winning the whole tournament.
