Team Little Big is going all the way...to the MMC finals
Alexa Bliss & Braun Strowman are strong contenders in the Mixed Match Challenge

What’s the story?

The WWE has revealed a hilarious segment featuring Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss from their recent MMC performance.

The corner audio and mid-match antics for the MMC showdown comprised several highlights showing “Team Little Big” engaging in funny banter over the course of the matchup.

In case you didn’t know…

Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss have now qualified for the semi-finals of the WWE’s Mixed Match Challenge (MMC) tournament.

The team that wins the MMC tournament—which can be viewed on Facebook Watch—shall receive a $100,000 prize, the proceeds of which will go to the charity of their choice.

The heart of the matter

Braun Strowman & Alexa Bliss competed against Jimmy Uso & Naomi in the quarterfinals of the MMC tournament.

The matchup is said to have provided considerable comic relief, as Strowman easily managed to hold back an enraged Bliss with one arm, as the RAW Women’s Champion threw a tantrum while facing off against Naomi.

Furthermore, the match saw Naomi push Bliss while the latter was on the ring apron; resulting in Bliss landing right on top of Strowman—a segment that was mocked by Jimmy Uso, as he took a shot at the seemingly awkward encounter between “The Monster Among Men” and “The Goddess of WWE”. Fans can watch the video in its entirety below—

What’s next?

WWE RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is likely to defend her title against Nia Jax at WrestleMania 34 on 8 April.

Meanwhile, Braun Strowman is yet to be booked in a match on this year’s WrestleMania card. As regards the team’s MMC status, they’re set to face The Miz & Asuka in the semi-finals of the MMC tournament in the days to come.

Author’s take

Honestly speaking, Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss truly make a great team.

The sheer contrast between the duo and the comic timings that both WWE Superstars possess could indeed see this team be presented as one on the main roster, should the WWE higher-ups deem it worthy.
