What's the story?

WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre recently talked to DC 101 on a variety of topics.

McIntyre stated that no other Superstar will be able to top his match against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 35.

The Scottish Psychopath has been able to cross two names off of his list, after he defeated Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins on separate occasions. McIntyre is all set to face off against Roman Reigns at The Grandest Stage Of Them All on April 7th.

The heart of the matter

McIntyre talked in depth on his match against The Big Dog at MetLife Stadium,

I got the butterflies, I've got the nerves. The day that stops is the day I retire. I feel beyond ready and with someone like Roman, who like you say is used to that big stage, a phenomenal performer and so physical like myself. I know we're bringing something that no one else will be able to compete with because we're two big physical guys. It's going to be a war. It's going to be great.

What's next?

It took a long while but Drew McIntyre finally seems to be getting a much-awaited monster push. The behemoth completely reinvented himself while in TNA, and came back to WWE as an NXT Superstar, finally debuting on Raw as Ziggler's sidekick.

McIntyre has come a long way and is finally getting a marquee match at WrestleMania 35 against quite possibly the biggest star in the business at the moment. A win against Reigns could do wonders for the career of McIntyre and cement his place on the top of the Raw roster.
