WWE Superstar, Xavier Woods cleared the air on his recent strange behaviour during a sit-down interview with WWE’s own Michael Cole.
During the last episode of WWE Raw, Woods walked out on his teammates during a segment when Big E and Kofi Kingston accepted The Wyatt’s invitational challenge to their compound. This created a huge amount of speculation that the New Day is heading towards a split.
Xavier Woods clears any doubt about his departure from New Day and clarifies stating that the New Day remains intact. When asked by Cole about Woods acting strange lately, the Tag Team Champion states that his teammates underestimate the Wyatts.
He pointed out that people don’t realise what Bray Wyatt alone has achieved in the past despite what the entire Wyatt family has done overall. Woods reminds that they haven’t yet seen what their foes are capable of. He states that he isn’t scared of The Wyatts but they are pretty unpredictable creatures.
Cole pointed out that Woods’ partners Kofi Kingston and Big E have accepted Wyatt’s invitation to their compound, and so if he would join them. The New Day member responded that he will stand next to his brothers despite being unhappy about their decision and will be in Wyatt’s compound with them. But said he is uncertain what to expect at the compound and wonders if more members of the Wyatt Family would show up.
