Karrion Kross made his return to NXT as we built straight to New Year's Evil
The Way ran right over NXT's resident Tank Girl

We saw another training/torture vignette featuring NXT's Boa and Xia Li. They begged their master to stop. For weeks, we saw Li crying as she was hitting something, but tonight we saw that she was battering Boa the entire time.
Boa was bloodied, bruised, and hoping for it to end soon. Unfortunately for him, that wasn't the case.
Indi Hartwell vs Shotzi Blackheart on NXT
Shotzi Blackheart rushed Indi Hartwell, looking to send a message to the Poison Pixie of NXT. Hartwell, finally leaving the neckbrace behind, was forced neck first into the top rope. Kind of ironic.
A stiff striking combo sent Hartwell to the corner where she was nearly hit with the running senton. Hartwell avoided it and stomped out NXT's Tank Girl. Of course, she couldn't hold the advantage for long. Hartwell was hit with the running senton, this time set up on the second turnbuckle. Hartwell found herself on the apron where she was launched to the table with a running dropkick.
Candice LeRae tried to distract Blackheart and the referee, but the ref turned back just in time to see Hartwell crack Blackheart with LeRae's trophy.
Results: Shotzi Blackheart defeated Indi Hartwell via DQ on NXT.
