Last night's episode of RAW also had to carry on from where Hell in a Cell left off since there were some interesting storyline developments on Sunday night. One of these came as part of the match between Jeff Hardy and Elias when Hardy decided to attack Elias with a guitar and take the loss.
This was a moment that the company wanted to replay ahead of Hardy's Survivor Series qualifying match against AJ Styles, but when the graphic was put on the screen it was paused.

The decision was then made to take the whole thing back down and then a few seconds later put the graphic back up. The second time the video loaded and the WWE Universe were able to see the closing moments of the match between Hardy and Elias at Hell in a Cell.
Luckily, this was the only glitch of the night on RAW when it comes to production errors, but it's one that WWE will want to avoid in the future.
