The Undertaker vs. Goldberg seems like a match that a lot of the American audience does not really seem to care for. On the other hand, it's a huge match for an international audience like Saudi Arabia. Even though the American audience was critical of the Undertaker vs. Triple H match that took place in Melbourne last year, the local audience liked it.
Similarly, they may not dislike Brock Lesnar as much as the US audience does. This is because, like it or not, Brock Lesnar is a globally recognized name and a lot of the world does not get to see him in action at all. International audiences are starved for action and they may actually react favourably to a Lesnar cash-in.
Imagine if he had cashed in on RAW instead of Super Show-Down. The audience would have hated the title change.
