As mentioned in the first slide, Rey's win over Joe on RAW could definitely lead to a title opportunity in the near future. And what better place than to have this match on the Money in the Bank PPV next month.

The card for the PPV is already looking amazing and adding Mysterio vs Joe to it would make it even better. These two certainly have what it takes to deliver a performance that could even outshine the Seth Rollins vs AJ Styles match.

#2 One last run as the United States Champion

Rey Mysterio is definitely not getting any younger with each passing day!

Many might not realize this, but Mysterio made his WCW debut back in 1996 - 23 years ago. It's tough to tell from his agility and athleticism inside the ring, but the guy is 44 years old and his age is definitely not on his side.

The problem with a high-flying wrestler is there is only so much that your body can manage to do after a certain age. Not like he's not fit, but I still wonder how many years more will he wrestle? A couple more maybe.

If that is indeed the case, one final run as the United States Champion is surely something Rey Mysterio deserves before he finally decides to hang off his boots. He can surely put up some nice matches with the current breed of superstars and give them valuable tips, being a veteran.
