First things first, WWE is finding it difficult establishing who the heels and who the faces are in the women’s division at the moment, with Becky Lynch somewhere right in between.
Secondly, why would they team up Becky and Charlotte for a match together when Becky and Trish Stratus on one side and Charlotte and Natalya on the other makes much more sense?
This was a shocking piece of booking as it was obvious that WWE wanted to go down the good old path of betrayal and beatdowns.
Trish never got a chance to get any of the action, which made the booking seem like an even bigger waste, and only Natalya came out looking strong from the entire segment. It’s obvious that WWE will most probably be booking a segment between Trish and Charlotte on SmackDown this week, and therefore there was no real need for these two women to be a part of such questionable booking.
