There was a pretty massive botch on WWE RAW this past week, where Ric Flair, instead of tripping over Peyton Royce as he was supposed to, accidentally tripped Charlotte Flair.
This is what Bryan Alvarez reported on WOL following the said angle:
I have just been alerted by the way for those of you who watched RAW that, in fact, the story was supposed to be Ric was trying to trip Peyton, and it was supposed to be an accident.
But now that the angle has happened, the powers that be may just decide to run with this angle on WWE RAW, effectively pairing Lacey Evans and Ric Flair together. Charlotte Flair is a made star, and she does not need Ric Flair by her side, but on the other hand, a Lacey Evans and Ric Flair partnership could shoot her to the next level.
Charlotte Flair could be angered by this alliance, kicking off a brand new angle.
