Sami Zayn and Shane were arguing backstage and Strowman was called by McMahon who set a match between the two after a request from Sami. Zayn wanted Strowman's spot in the Money in the Bank match if he won and Shane agreed and so did Strowman.

Apollo Crews did a summersault but busted his knee right as the match began. He continued to compete but stood no chance against Mojo, who hit his knees followed by a big right and then a slam to the mat, getting an easy three-count.
