What’s the story?

Earlier today on Twitter, Bullet Club member and one half of The Young Bucks, Nick Jackson was seemingly asked on the social media if he and his brother Matt Jackson would like to have a match against current WWE Smackdown Live Tag Team Champions, The Usos.

In case you didn’t know…

The Young Bucks are arguably one of the best tag teams on the planet today—if not the best of all time. Matt and Nick Jackson, who made their debut in 2004, have competed all around the globe for some of the best wrestling promotions of all time, such as PWG, Dragon Gate, Chikara, TNA, and most notably for Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

The Bucks are also former record seven-time IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, three-time ROH World Tag Team Champions, and have also held tag team gold for promotions such as PWG, House of Glory, World Series Wrestling, and a lot more.

The duo is currently working for ROH and NJPW, where they proudly represent the legendary faction The Bullet Club.

The heart of the matter

As noted, Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks recently claimed on Twitter that he and his brother Nick would love to square-off in a tag team match against current WWE Smackdown Live Tag Champs, Jimmy and Jey—The Usos.

Following Matt’s quote on Twitter, his brother Nick apparently seems to agree with his brother regarding this topic as Twitter used @HeelMatty seemingly asked the younger Buck if he and his brother would like a match against The Usos.

Nick responded to the question by stating a positive answer and additionally claiming to the fact that he would love to see Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling form a working relationship with WWE and eventually turn this dream match into a reality.

What’s next?

The Young Bucks are currently scheduled to challenge for the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles at ROH: Supercard of Honor XII on the 7th of April in New Orleans. Meanwhile, The Usos will defend the WWE Smackdown Live Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania against The New Day and Bludgeon Brothers in a triple threat tag team match.

The Young Bucks vs The Usos will definitely be one of the classic tag matches of this generation and it’ll certainly be a Superkick Party!
