#15 to 9 (A slight glimmer of hope)

#15 King Corbin
Despite facing Roman Reigns in a Falls Count Anywhere match on the show, Corbin will play a part in the Rumble match. Imagine if he won both matches. Oh, the heat would be nuclear!

#14 Braun Strowman
If it wasn't for his pursuit of the Intercontinental Championship, he would be one of the top contenders in this match. Strowman remains one of the most intriguing opponents that could challenge 'The Fiend' at some point.
#13 Ricochet
After a confrontation with Brock Lesnar on RAW, there may be a small chance that Ricochet could go to WrestleMania and have a tasty David vs Goliath battle against him. It is extremely unlikely though.
#12 Seth Rollins
Last year's Royal Rumble winner will certainly play a major role, with his new stable, and come close. But nobody wants to see Rollins face either Lesnar or 'The Fiend' again for a long time.
#11 Kofi Kingston
It has been a weird time for him since losing the WWE Championship in 9 seconds. Winning the Royal Rumble would be the ultimate redemption for Kingston, as well as a culmination of all his miraculous saves in this match.
#10 Bobby Lashley
He has been outspoken about how the only reason why he returned to WWE is the prospect of a match with Brock Lesnar. A Rumble win for Lashley would set him on that path.
#9 Rusev
The other side of the biggest soap opera in WWE, is also a possible contender in this year's Rumble. Again, there is only a slight chance, but Rusev winning here could be the light at the end of a very long and dark tunnel.
